The app integrates with Health Kit by collecting activity information (time spent doing Tabata interval training) from the app and recording it in the users Health information (if they elect to approve), and also by their election, collecting Health information (weight, age, gender and height) to calculate calories burned and also share that with Health Kit as well as use in the app. This information will not be shared with 3rd parties.
